I bought this rower in December 2023 and I was immediately hooked! I started doing some of the challenges and it was very motivating. Seeing different sceneries, specially the one in Hawaii, made me feel closer to my son who is stationed there for the past 3 years. Life detoured me for a couple of months and started again this month and I am already feeling the fitness coming back. Love that I can workout at home just by going down to the basement! The RW900 is a well built, sturdy machine. The glide is smooth and being able to adjust resistance is a real plus. I always struggled to find an exercise routine that I would stick with, but have found that rowing is something that I look forward to every day.

After owning a Nordictrack treadmill for a few years, I opted for a rower, as I’m getting older and can’t run as much or as far. The rower is a much better option in the its easier on my knees and body overall and the workout I get is more total body. The rower is smooth, easy to use and a nice addition to my home gym. I got the larger screen which is nice but I suspect I would have been just as happy with the smaller screen too. Cason, the sales rep who assisted me provided top notch service, answered all my question and even followed up to ensure that I was happy with my purchase and the performance of the machine.

I recently purchased a new RW900. The rower and the iFit software/instructors have far exceeded my expectations. The assembly was rather easy and took approximately 1 1/2 hours as stated in the instruction manual. The rower is solid and well designed. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality piece of home fitness equipment.

I received the RW900 at the beginning of the year and at first I thought that is wasn’t going to be challenging, but after a few workouts and learning the proper form, my attitude changed. It’s fun, challenging, and very rewarding after each workout. I’ve completed 19 workouts (I have to share my time between the NordicTrack studio cycle and treadmill), rowed over 61 miles, and logged over 7 hours on the machine. My back and shoulders (and legs of course) are stronger and I feel more motivated at every workout. Assembly was easy, although I recommend having a friend help, and setting it up was a breeze. I just wish the distance could be tracked on other fitness apps besides IFIT. Ian with customer service was great with assisting in the order and following up after delivery!

Great machine! My husband and I have been wanting a rower for a while now. We have two other NordicTrack products…treadmill and bike, both with iFit…so when shopping for a rower, there was no question about what to buy brand-wise. We LOVE this machine. We are both distance runners and are quad-dominant runners which means our hamstrings and glutes are weaker than our quads. We wanted a rower not only to work our upper body and core, but also target those weak areas in our lower limbs. Just a month into using this machine, we noticed a big difference in body mechanics and performance. The machine itself is very well made and was easy to assemble. It took a minute to get used to proper form with rowing (we have never done this type of sport), but the iFit guides are so good at explaining the how-to’s (as usual!) that we adapted pretty quickly. It is a great addition to our home gym and another great piece of equipment to do cross training. We love NordicTrack products and our iFit trainers!

well made machine. good work out when you pick up the pace and jack up the resistance. heart rate come close to running and it is more of a full body work out. I like the brit instructors the most. I bought the heart rate monitor, too. something I wish they would have been clear on is that you must wait until the connecting phase is complete before clicking elsewhere on the screen. all and all – I’m happy w/ the purchase

Great treadmil for the price. It is easy enough to move and fairly quiet. Wishlist- fan vents that can be directed- they are fixed permanently and blow over my head, a wider ledge on screen to hold cell phone or tablet more easily, ability to view mileage, elevation and time all at once.

There are some good tutorials and excellent trainers (Toby Massenburg!) available for this rower to give you a great full body workout. I like the wide screen and there are plenty of scenic workouts too, if you like to explore new places. I have no complaints so far, and Ive had this rower going on a year now.

I also love the IFIT interface with the rower and how it is tied to my Nordic Track Vault and S27I Nordic Track Studio Bike workouts.
