The SkiErg can be used for both double pole and classic alternating arm technique.
The SkiErg uses the same flywheel resistance and electronic monitoring systems as Concept2’s Indoor Rowers, the proven choice of rowing athletes around the world since 1981. As well as being durable and well built, the SkiErg is sophisticated too, with an advanced monitor that provides immediate, accurate performance data.
The SkiErg can be either mounted on a wall (hardware included) or used with an optional floor stand (sold separately).

This is an updated review. My last review I gave the skierg 3 stars. I have been using this machine daily and I think it’s a great cardio/full body workout. It has become my favorite piece of equipment. I have progressively increased my time on the machine and a noticeable improvement in my condition. I find myself using the skierg throughout the day. There is no strapping in or any preparation, just step on the machine and start. For me, it’s worth the cost. My first review, I said, I wasn’t sure it was worth the high cost and that’s why you shouldn’t write review too soon after you get it.

Love this machine! I’m using this in my office in replacement of a recumbent bike, and the small footprint of this makes it ideal for close quarters use. Don’t let support fool you, it DOES come with the handle hook mounts. I asked this question and was told it didn’t even though concept2’s website said it sells that way. I ended up buying another set of handle hooks from Amazon, but I’m sending them back as they weren’t needed. This comes with everything just like ordering direct from Concept 2.

Love this piece. Had mine for years but forgot to do a review. It was delivered quickly and assembly was easy with stand. It’s a different motion that works different muscles so it takes some time to get used to. If one uses this on the regular with a good program you will see results! It feels like it new still so the quality is awesome. I have all 3 pieces of c2 and the ski erg is prob my favorite piece.
