I am in love with this treadmill. We have had several treadmills over the years and this is hands down the best. My son is a long distance runner and he loves it too, and it can keep up with him. I love it for me as well. I love the versatility and the ease of use. This review is incentivized.

The 2450 is packed with features that can help make your fitness journey a treat and not a chore. The IFit interface keeps you motivated and the machine stands up to whatever you throw at it! NordicTrack does it again!

This is the third treadmill I have owned. I run for about 30 minutes, 3 times a week, and going into the winter is always a tough time not being able to switch it up with outdoor workouts. This treadmill, with the large screen and multiple app options gets me excited to get on the treadmill. The iFIT trainers are great, and when I feel like a show, I am also able to watch either Amazon Prime or Netflix. I love how the software interacts and manages the treadmill settings. On top of that, the interface on this treadmill is very user friendly. I am able to continue working out while I look for the next trainer I want to follow. The treadmill itself is streamlined, the fan works great, and the belt and incline motors is more quiet than my past treadmills. One of my favorite features is the ability to sync my bluetooth earbuds to the treadmill to hear the sound through my headphones while I run!
I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

This treadmill did not disappoint. I was looking for a treadmill that would do three things:
1st-Quiet. I am a mom of 4 kids, and I need something that won’t wake the kids up when I run in the mornings. The motor is very quiet. I was very shocked at how quiet it is! It is even quiet when it inclines. It also allows me to pair my headphones so I can follow the iFit trainers without being loud.
2nd- Large running space. I like to run outside in good weather and usually hate treadmills because I feel so confined. I always feel like I am about to fall off the belt. Unfortunately, I live in a place where I can’t run outside for 6 months of the year. Again, this treadmill fits the bill. The belt is wide and the running space is long. I turn the fan on, and an iFit trainer, and I almost feel like I am outside. It’s great!
3rd-Quality. If I am going to invest in a piece of equipment, I want it to last. I am impressed with the quality and feel like it will last.
Overall I am impressed. Assembly was pretty easy and it looks nice in our room. It is very heavy but that is to be expected with a large treadmill.

I turned 40 a few years ago and am adjusting to the fact that I am starting to get old. One of the things I am trying to do is find better ways to stay fit. I do not like running and was looking for something that I could do about 20 minutes a day to stay fit. This has been the perfect answer. There are 1,000 excuses someone can come up with not to exercise and having this luxry treadmill with all the bells and whistles with a fan that can cool me off in my basement walks to the ability to watch shows and access personal trainers through the iFit program. As this is my first fancy treadmill it has been there has been a little adjustment to getting use to all of the apps and navigation. I found it easier to use my phone as a companion to the treadmill to find good workouts and then that links to the treadmill. This is an incentivized and honest review.

I am one of those people that dreads walking indoors. I love the outdoors especially my walks I get. I do watch a lot of shows and now on those rainy days or days when the weather is just not great for being outdoors instead of sitting on my couch watching my favorite show, I can turn on my show and walk on the treadmill. The size of the screen is perfect for walking on the machine that helps me loose myself in the show and forget I am even working out. You can even start an iFit workout and switch to Netflix so if you found a boring workout trainer you can switch to your favorite show. This is an incentivized and honest review.
WalkingMan –
I have had this treadmill for just over a month and have learned how to use all of the workouts. I mainly use the treadmill for walking to try and stay fit. I find it is best to use the iFit app my phone to find the workouts and then that syncs with my treadmill. One of the workouts I found was touring haunted houses in New Orleans. I like that I can customize my workouts and it can apply to the time of year I am walking. This is an incentivized and honest review.

This treadmill has so many features to explore and learn about. It feels like I have the Apple Watch of treadmills. It can be a little overwhelming at first, for example setting up my Bluetooth headphones was a little difficult and I am a walker not a runner and at first finding workouts was a little daunting. Now that I have learned the system more I have hit my groove and I feel like there are so many more features to try out like using google maps to make a walk. This is an incentivized and honest review.

I have noise canceling Airpods and really love music. Connecting the Airpods was a little tricky and once I figured it out I was really excited. Running on a treadmill can be a little loud compared to running outside not on a a treadmill so the noise canceling headphone solve that problem. There are around 15 different stations you can choose from. I am using the greatest 80s station right now and really enjoying it. You can control the volume of the music and the trainer separately to control what you want to listen to best. This is an incentivized and honest review.

I’m a dad and work at the office full time, so finding time to stay active has always been tough—especially after becoming a new father. The NordicTrack Commercial 2450 has been a game-changer for me! I love being able to jump on the treadmill after work or during my baby’s naps to squeeze in a quick workout. The iFIT programs make each run more engaging, and the variety of workout types keeps me coming back. The incline and decline features simulate outdoor terrain, which makes it feel like I’m running hills even when I’m inside. The machine is also super quiet, so I don’t have to worry about waking up the baby during a workout. If you’re a busy parent or just someone with limited time, I highly recommend this treadmill. It fits perfectly into my daily routine and helps me stay fit without having to leave home.

As a newly postpartum mom, this has been a game changer for getting me back up to speed with exercising.
Some of my favorite aspects are how shock absorbing and versatile it is! It felt smooth and natural when walking and running and it is nice to turn the screen and do an off-tread workout at the same time.
Set up was simple, the screen and speakers are clear and loud, and it transitions incline and speed smoothly!
I would recommend this treadmill. I was given this product for a reduced price in exchange for my honest and unbiased opinion

I would call this a luxury treadmill. All the bells and whistles. Screen is fantastic and almost feel like a move theatre. Unit much more quiet than my last one which is great. Easy to assemble as well. Highly recommend. This is an incentivized review

I have a bad knee and have been looking for cardio equipment that doesn’t hurt it- this treadmill is shock-absorbing and easy on my lower body in a way that road running/walking or traditional treadmills are not. This has been a great way to get cardio in and stay healthy.
Jacob F –
Have done about 7 runs on the new treadmill – all types (interval, threshold, long, easy, uphill, etc.) and it honestly excels for all of them. It will really up my marathon training when weather conditions or time don’t allow me to get outside. The preprogrammed runs make the difficult runs easier by allowing you to just focus on the run and not having to worry about changing/setting paces. The give on the treadmill makes the easy runs less hard on the knees and the long runs it’s nice to toss on a Netflix show or take advantage of iFit’s virtual runs which includes real races. Sometimes I wish this didn’t have 12% incline, so my hill work would be easier, but it is nice to have as well as the 3% decline. Would recommend this 10 times over! This is an incentivized review.

I live in the northeast of the United States and I love walking outdoors in the summer months at 5-6am in the morning. There is light and I can walk in my favorite park across from where I work.
Unfortunately the park is only open during daylight hours so finding a good alternative was important to me.
I have had the cheap treadmills in the past and just didn’t find anything motivating about walking on a treadmill in my basement.
With the NordicTrack with iFIT I am finding myself walking on the beaches with personal coaches doing interval workouts that I would never have done while doing my normal walks at my local park. I am really enjoying it!
Katie –
This has been a great treadmill. The hardest part was right at the beginning. It got delivered to our garage and we had to take it down into our basement. I wasn’t strong enough to help my husband lift it but with a neighbor’s help we were able to move it downstairs. From there it was so easy! The step-by-step instructions made it rapid to set up, about an hour or less. We were able to use it right away.
From there the treadmill has been great to use! As a beginner I have been doing the guided walks to start. I love that there is even a beginner walking series just to get you started. The treadmill automatically adjusts speed and incline which helps take out all the guess work! If for some reason it is too fast you can lower the speed and the “Smart Adjust” will update the remainer of the workout.
I have been super happy with this treadmill and can’t wait to keep using it!

This treadmill is the full package. As a mom of young kids it can be hard to find time to fit in a workout, but this treadmill has made it easy! I love how immersive the large screen is, and have been really enjoying the trainer-led workouts with gorgeous scenery. (Beach walks/runs every day!) I think my favorite feature is the fan, I’ve never had that in a treadmill before.

The Commerical 2450 treadmill is awesome! My wife and I have been consistently training on a treadmill for a little over a year and were very excited to upgrade to this new model.
I appreciated that the treadmill came with all the tools we needed for assembly, including a magnetized screwdriver! Each screw and washer was clearly labeled by part number and step, which was very convenient. We had no issues with the assembly. In fact, it was easier to put together than our old Commerical 1250, which was a pleasant surprise! You will need at least two people to assemble the treadmill. We had three and it took us about 45 mins to put it together.
This treadmill is packed with awesome features, most of which are a result of the iFIT training that you can access via your touchscreen. My favorite physical features of this treadmill include the 14 MPH max speed, which ensures that I don’t have to worry about outgrowing this machine; the -3% to 12% incline training capabilities, which help me train for downhill runs as well as steep hikes with my family; and the built-in fan that helps keep me cool as I run. We live in the south, so being able to train inside with a fan blowing on you is far superior to an outdoor run in 100-degree heat and 95% humidity!
Now, I think that iFIT is really what sets this treadmill apart. I love the 24” touchscreen, which can easily tilt and pivot – an essential feature for our household as my wife and I are different heights. This screen totally immerses you in each iFIT workout! I am currently doing a Southern Utah trail series and it feels like I am running through Zion or Bryce every morning, which is a great motivator to get up and exercise. iFIT recently updated its interface and I love it! You can view your workout’s speed and incline trajectories at the bottom of your screen, search workouts by difficulty, workout type, or even goals, and you still have access to the OneTouch buttons that allow you to quickly adjust speed and incline – now they are just digital instead of physical buttons. Another huge update is that with an iFIT Pro membership, you can link your Amazon Prime, Netflix, and Spotify accounts to stream your favorite shows, movies, and music while you work out! If you choose to watch some entertainment while you exercise, your treadmill will still auto-adjust so that you can get an amazing workout without missing the next episode of your favorite show. Especially with such a large screen, I was very impressed with this update and happy that I have that option on my equipment. My favorite thing about my Commercial 1250 model was the auto-adjusting speed and incline, and I have to say that this remains my favorite feature of the Commercial 2450. I love that I can just start a workout and I don’t have to worry about fumbling with buttons as I immerse myself in the workout. They also made it so that you can program your own workouts where you decide your speed, incline, and duration, and then when you start the treadmill auto-adjusts to the route you set. You can save these and revisit them, which is great if you are working with a personal trainer or just want to mix things up a little bit. I like these for interval training and watching Netflix because I don’t like to miss the scenery of the Global Workouts when I am using the iFIT training.
Overall, I am very pleased with this treadmill. I think it is better than the commercial one I have used at our local gym, and can’t wait to continue training! My wife and I have a goal to run a half marathon together by the end of the year, and I think that with this treadmill and iFIT I just might be able to make that happen! This is an incentivized review that reflects my honest and unbiased opinion of the NordicTrack Commerical 2450 treadmill.
Jared –
We ordered our first NordicTrack and it came to our house. This is a new model so it took a few weeks to come. Not sure how long it normally takes to ship. But none the less, we were really excited when it came. They set up a time for us to be there for delivery and they came an hour early and dropped it in our garage.
The treadmill came in a huge box and was very heavy. Luckily we had a furniture dolly with a strap we were able to use to move the box downstairs. I opened up the box and got a little overwhelmed about having to set it up. The only treadmill we had previously owned was a very cheap lightweight treadmill we were given by a fire department that was already put together that I could move by myself. But out of pure excitement and adrenaline of having a new NordicTrack I moved on to put it together.
The instructions say to have two people to assemble so I used my 12 year old for the parts I needed help with. And in just over 1 hour I had everything set up and I couldn’t be happier. The machine is solid and built to last. The height was perfect for our 8 foot basement. I am 6 feet tall and can stand on it and there is just enough room for me to run on it.
I am excited to try it out!
Bricon –
I am very impressed with this treadmill. It was easy to assemble and runs very smoothly. Specifically, we have multiple fast runners in our home. Most treadmills seem to skip at 10 mph; however, this one is smooth even up to 12 mph and 14 mph. The screen is large and clear, and the speakers are great.
This is an incentivized review but is my unbiased opinion

I absolutely loved the NordicTrack 2450 Commercial Series treadmill! From the moment I started using it, I could tell it was built for performance. The large, interactive touchscreen makes navigating through workouts a breeze, and the variety of pre-programmed sessions keeps my routine fresh and exciting.
I especially appreciate the incline and decline features, which allow me to simulate real outdoor running conditions. The cushioning is fantastic, making even longer runs feel comfortable on my joints. Plus, the option to connect to iFit for virtual training and scenic routes is a huge bonus!
The built-in speakers provide great sound quality, which enhances my experience, whether I’m listening to music or following a guided workout. Overall, this treadmill has exceeded my expectations and has become an essential part of my fitness routine! This is an incentivized review.

I am loving my NordicTrack Commercial 2450 treadmill so far as I used to go to fitness classes everyday and that was very expensive month to month. I liked the treadmills at my gym because they gave cushion that treads I have had before did not have. This treadmill does not hurt my legs and I am glad I am able to run again at home. The TV screen is a nice touch as well to watch my shows on Netflix and listen to my Spotify music.
This is an incentivized review. I have a family member who works for this brand, but the review above is my honest and unbiased opinion
