This bike is whisper quiet with my workouts. It was very easy to assemble following the directions in the manual step by step. This could be assembled with one person, although it is easier with two people when it comes to attaching the pedals.

The seller was kind to reach out after my purchase and asked if I would like a bicycle seat cover. Standard ones that I got at a sports store did not fit over the seat. Without a cover, it may take some time to get used to. With a cover, I can ride for a significantly longer time in comfort without a sore behind. For the price, it is an incredible value and the seller has incredible follow up and assistance! 3 months in, I am still obsessed with this bike!

I paid the $20 to have it delivered downstairs in my home – it’s heavy In one box.l, guys came on time and were decent.Overall I’d rate the assembly instruction manual a 9.5 / 10. If you have enough mechanical ability to assemble a mountain bike then this is not difficult. The one issue, in my photos was the zip tie around the ribbon cable and through one of the bolt holes- I clipped the tie and added some tape to keep the ribbon cable from falling back down into the base unit.I agree with others that it helps to have your own tools, especially a 13mm socket or end wrench.It took me about 2 hours and I stopped a few times to take photos and double check that the box was complete with all the parts.So, here is my “pro tip”. I think, just like a bike, this is going to have things loosen up, so I’m just going to tape a small ziplock bag to the front of the unit with the cheesy tools that came with it to make it easier to maintain.My consumer tip is to call bowflex directly within 90 days of purchase and buy the 5 year parts and labor warranty for $119.00.
